Returns & Exchanges

At Michelle's aDOORable Creations, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the wreath or home decor item back in its original shipping box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
